Terms and Conditions for Tooltime Handyman Services Gold Coast

Scope of Work:
a) We will perform the services as agreed upon in the estimate or work order provided to the customer.
b) Any additional work requested by the customer will require written approval and may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms:
a) 50% Deposit is required prior to work being started.
b) Full Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
c) We accept cash, or direct debit.
d) Late payments may accrue interest at 20% per month.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a) Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made 48 hours/days in advance.
b) Failure to notify us within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the total invoice.
Materials and Equipment:
a) The cost of materials and equipment necessary for the job will be itemized separately on the invoice.
b) Customer may provide materials, but we are not responsible for their quality or suitability.
Liability and Insurance:
a) We carry liability insurance to cover damages caused by our negligence.
b) Customer agrees to secure any necessary permits or approvals for the work performed where required.
Warranty and Guarantee:
a) We warrant our workmanship for a period of 1 month from the date of completion.
b) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by misuse or neglect.
Dispute Resolution:
a) Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in [QLD].
b) Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve any disputes promptly and fairly.
Privacy Policy:
